About the event
Travel with us to the sun soaked Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica, one of the world’s original Blue Zones, for an evening of food, culture, movement and connection.
We’ll explore the Pura Vida way of life and discover how generations of Nicoyans have incorporated nourishing food, natural movement, purpose, faith, family and community into everyday living. We’ll also learn about the farming and sabanero, or Costa Rican cowboy, traditions of Guanacaste and get hands on with some of the foods that have sustained this region for generations.
Together we’ll prepare simple, delicious dishes using authentic organic ingredients. Our class menu will be posted soon.
